- Grant Writing Services/Reviewer/Administration. We have helped our nonprofit partners secure more than $250 million in grant funding since 2008. We provide you with the expert guidance you need to pursue and successfully secure grants in a timely manner. Whether you want support drafting your grant proposals or have other needs, like training your internal grant writing team, our consulting firm offers a variety of options to help your nonprofit reach its potential.
- Business Start-up. For-profit and Non-profit incorporation filing all required documents with federal, state, and local entities, including Policies & Procedures Manuel.
- Accounting and Financial Management. Act as point of contact for accounting, providing oversight on completion of monthly financials, provide audited year-end financial statements, and tax returns; report to stakeholders, Finance Committee and Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
- Human Resources. Oversee personnel-related functions, including hiring, training and development, benefits planning, and administration, compliance, employee relations, performance reviews, employment contracts, administration of personnel records, and a host other other duties.
